Brief History: She's one of the Original Vampires, she was born to Esther and Mikael Mikaelson. Her brothers are Klaus, Elijah, Kol, and Finn. Her mother turned them to protect her children after her youngest son was killed by Werewolves. Her father fed them blood laced wine and then put his sword into their hearts. Fed to finish the transition to a vampire. (In the 1920's she fell in love with Stefan Salvatore, chose him so Klaus staked her. Woken up when Klaus needed her necklace. Later staked by Elena then awoken by Elijah.)
